OUR CHEF

Toshiharu Miyazaki was born in the Yamaguchi prefecture, western Honshu. Cooking has always been his focus. He honed his craft in hotel kitchens, after that he served as chef of the Japanese consulate in Canada, Madagascar and Jordan. Between the years 2003 - 2005 he worked for the Japanese embassy in Prague. All this time, he was dreaming of opening his own restaurant. This vision came true in 2007, when he opened MASH HANA with his wife Megumi.

MASH HANA

The name of our restaurant embodies the philosophy that we stand for. We cook authentic Japanese food we grew up with. Our delicious sushi is made of fresh, high quality ingredients. The atmosphere of the Land of the rising Sun is reflected in our cosy interior, that is based on the casual Japanese style.
